ParentMail is our preferred parent communications tool and payment system
It's so effective because of the way it works for parents, giving them one account where they receive information. The Parentmail system allows the school to send messages directly to named parents, a class, a year group or the whole school via email. It also allows parents to pay for many events and purchases via the internet.
The system is easy to use and takes very little time to register saving time for parents. The school also benefits by reducing paper usage and time spent counting cash and banking.
ParentMail is web-based and can be used from any computer with internet access and there's no software to install or maintain.
How to register for ParentMail
First please ask the school office for an activation code and follow the instructions on the letter.
Registration is simple, free, and will only take a couple of minutes.
Please take great care in entering your email address correctly, or you will not be able to access the service.
At the end of your registration ParentMail will email a password to you, when you receive it please login to the website as soon as you can.
