Goodbye Mrs Leach

15th December 2017

Springdale First School have bid a nostalgic goodbye to Mrs Ruth Leach this December.  Mrs Leach has been the Headteacher at Springdale First School for ten years.  Her inspirational presence is highly respected by children, staff, governors and many other professionals that have had the opportunity to work alongside her.  Throughout her ten years at Springdale First School, Mrs Leach has ensured that every child has felt valued and have achieved the very best that they can.  Her passion and determination are commendable and this has enabled Springdale to be outstanding in everything that they do.  Mrs Leach has supported many local community events throughout the years including numerous parades, carnivals and local charities and the school was very proud when she was asked to switch on the Christmas lights in Broadstone in December.

She will be greatly missed by children, staff and parents and we wish her good luck and a very happy retirement.
